Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Facilities & Workplace Experience Specialist, you will take ownership of day-to-day workplace operations, vendor relationships, onsite services and employee activations at our Great Northern Way Guest Services office. You will play a key role in bringing the space to life, ensuring it runs smoothly for employees and guests while creating a workplace experience that feels welcoming, organized, connected and reflective of our brand and culture.
In this role, you will act as the key Facilities & Workplace Experience lead for the location, working closely with the on-site teams to support operational needs, coordinate workplace priorities and help the space function at its best each day. You will also partner closely with the Events & Activations team and other People & Culture partners to deliver employee moments, onsite engagement and activation needs within the space.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the overall experience of a new workplace environment for Arc’teryx. This role is based out of our Great Northern Way office and is expected to be performed on-location – with some crossover days at our North Vancouver offices. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

In this role, you will be part of the Facilities & Workplace Experience team, with a close partnership to the Employee Activations team, a key pillar of the Global People & Culture Enablement and Experience team. Together, we help bring Arc’teryx culture to life through thoughtful employee moments, workplace programming, events and activations that create connection, energy and belonging across our spaces.
