Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld at all times
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Support barista duties, including preparing coffee and beverages when required
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal timing and guest needs
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and food safety standards
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Ability to handle cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately
- Familiarity with serving, food preparation, and basic cooking techniques
- Attention to cleanliness and ability to maintain a tidy work environment
- Hospitality experience including hotel or guest services is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
