Administrative Assistant
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, learning new software, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll spend most of your time completing administrative tasks, updating records, processing paperwork, and assisting our team with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
- Data entry and record management
- Processing paperwork and maintaining digital files
- Updating client accounts and job information
- Assisting with scheduling and administrative tasks
- Replying to client emails and text messages as needed
- Following up on outstanding documents or information
- Assisting with various office projects and general administrative duties
Qualifications
Office administration experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and self-motivated
- Able to read, write, and speak fluent English
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Proficient with Google Drive applications, including Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Comfortable using cloud-based software
- Able to work independently while managing multiple tasks
- Experience with Jobber is an asset but not required
Schedule
We are looking for someone with availability Monday to Friday.
We have some flexibility within those days and hours for the right candidate.
This position is seasonal with the potential to continue into the fall for the right person.
This is a work-from-home position. You do not need to live in Abbotsford, although preference will be given to applicants living in the Fraser Valley who are familiar with the area.
Wage
Training is self-paced through written documentation and videos. Most people are able to complete training within one week and reach the full wage within 2–3 weeks, depending on how quickly they learn.
There are opportunities for advancement into leadership and operations roles for those looking to grow with the company.
