Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced House Cleaner , providing exceptional residential cleaning services. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and organize spaces efficiently to meet client expectations
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and maintained properly
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Maintain a professional demeanor while providing friendly customer service
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in residential cleaning is required
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, tools, and products
- Ability to manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize duties efficiently
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is a plus
- Multilingual skills such as English and French are advantageous but not mandatory
- Additional skills such as cooking or laundry are considered beneficial but not essential
