We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Representative who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and creating exceptional customer experiences. If you're motivated by helping customers find the right solution—not simply making a sale—we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers into our showroom and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Demonstrate our sleep and wellness products with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Answer inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, and website chat.
- Follow up with qualified leads through outbound calls and emails.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits while recommending solutions that fit their individual needs.
- Build strong customer relationships through honest, consultative selling.
- Accurately maintain customer information using our CRM system (Keap).
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting.
- Assist with showroom opening and closing responsibilities.
- Work closely with our remote team to ensure outstanding customer service from initial inquiry through delivery.

What We're Looking For
- Previous retail, showroom, or consultative sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, professional, and customer-first attitude.
- Confidence speaking with customers both in person and over the phone.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software (Keap/Infusionsoft experience is an asset but not required).
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Availability to work showroom hours, including some evenings and weekends.
