Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Soccer Manager to oversee our Cub soccer programs and related activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sessions and ensuring a positive experience for players, coaches, and parents. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for sports, and the ability to foster teamwork and sportsmanship. Experience in teaching and soccer is considered a valuable asset to enhance program offerings and safety protocols.
Duties
The successful candidate will be expected to arrive early with equipment, set up the field, welcome parents and children as they enter and lead sessions with energy.
Qualifications
This position is for mature, experienced people who are comfortable with leading large groups and other staff. A soccer background is less important with this age group compared to a strong background with working with children. People with experience leading children's programs, physical education teachers looking for summer hours, experienced coaches who love working with children are the ideal candidates.
Pay: $30.00 per hour
