We are looking for a GTM Operations Business Analyst to join our Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of sales process, data, and systems — translating business needs into scalable operational solutions. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Operations to document requirements, analyze and improve GTM processes, and deliver program results that drive better decisions across the revenue engine. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable leading a whiteboard session to map out a business process as they are building a Salesforce report or leveraging Copilot to analyze and interpret business data.
What You'll Do:
- Business Requirements Gathering: Partner with GTM stakeholders — including Sales leadership, SDRs, AEs, and CSMs — to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for process improvements, system enhancements, and operational initiatives.
-
Business Process Analysis: Map current-state GTM workflows (e.g., lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, post-sale handoff, etc.) and identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Define future-state processes and support implementation efforts.
-
Data Interpretation & Analysis: Leverage existing corporate reporting provided by the Business Intelligence Team to interrogate the data in search of meaningful trends in sales, product, or customer performance. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses in Salesforce and Excel that provide visibility into pipeline health, sales performance, conversion rates, and operational KPIs. Deliver insights in formats suitable for front-line managers and executive stakeholders.
-
Data Integrity & Governance: Support data hygiene initiatives across Salesforce, ensuring field accuracy, consistent usage, and alignment to GTM data standards and definitions.
-
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between GTM Operations, Internal IT, Finance, and Sales leadership — facilitating working sessions, synthesizing inputs, and communicating findings clearly.
-
Project Support: Contribute to GTM Ops initiatives such as Salesforce configuration projects, enablement rollouts, sales process redesigns, and operational reviews. Produce clear documentation, process guides, and stakeholder-ready summaries.
-
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve process consistency, and increase the scalability of GTM operations.
What You'll Bring:
- 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Business Analysis within a B2B SaaS environment.
-
Demonstrated experience in business requirements gathering, process documentation, and workflow analysis.
-
Strong Salesforce CRM proficiency — including building reports, dashboards, and working with pipeline and opportunity data.
-
Solid understanding of core GTM and sales operations concepts: pipeline management, lead lifecycle, forecasting, and funnel metrics.
-
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both operational teams and senior leadership.
