The Hampton Inn is seeking bright, reliable, industrious people to work as a hospitality host in our breakfast service area.
Responsibilities in the Breakfast Attendant position include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring set up of breakfast and/or evening refreshments in accordance with property and brand standards
- Welcoming guests to the hotel and explaining facilities available
- Replenishing food and beverage maintaining a pleasing display
- Interaction with guests to make their stay more enjoyable and assist in identifying service recovery opportunities
- Providing information on the local area ("Local Flavour")
- Carrying out cleaning duties as per cleaning schedule communicating with housekeeping and maintenance as required in order to maintain the upkeep of the breakfast and/or lobby area
*****This position involves early morning start times at 5:00 or 6:00, so having your own transportation is a necessity owing to local public transportation schedules.*****
Weekend morning availability is a requirement
