We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Team.
The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to become the bridge between our products and our prospective clients. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build meaningful client relationships, and close deals that drive top-line revenue growth. If you are persuasive, resilient, and love finding new business, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify & Prospect: Generate new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, in person meetings, networking, and social selling.
- Understand Needs: Conduct thorough needs and cost-benefit analyses to identify client pain points and tailor solutions.
- Present & Demonstrate: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate & Close: Manage the sales cycle from lead to close, negotiating pricing and overcoming client objections.
- Maintain Relationships: Ensure a seamless transition from sales to account management by providing post-sale support and building client loyalty.
- Track & Report: Keep accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and market trends using our CRM’s.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of proven, hands-on experience as a Sales Representative or in a related client-facing role with an understanding of a sales process and dynamics.
- Drive: Results-driven sales professional with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and a consistent record of exceeding performance goals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you must be an active listener who can articulate complex solutions clearly with a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Technology: Proficient with CRM’s (Salesforce, Pipedrive) and Microsoft Suite
- Resilience: Strong problem-solving abilities, objection-handling skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Experience: Experience in Transportation, Fleet Sales or HVAC considered an asset.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Travel: Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle with a willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
