ESI Technologies is a Québec-based IT consulting firm specializing in information technology services for more than 32 years.
We support organizations in their digital transformation, architecture, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data, and IT service management initiatives.
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Solutions Designer who is eager to contribute to large-scale projects while growing within a team recognized for its expertise and people-first approach.
Your Role
As a Solutions Designer, you will be responsible for:

Analyzing, recommending, documenting, and deploying technology solutions related to digital workplace platforms, in alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Governing and evolving the Microsoft Intune (MDM) platform, including architecture, standards, configurations, and technology roadmap planning.

Managing the full lifecycle of Windows, macOS, iOS, and hybrid devices, from deployment through secure retirement.

Defining and implementing compliance policies, security standards, and hardening configurations aligned with Zero Trust principles.

Designing and deploying Zero-Touch automation and provisioning solutions using Intune and PowerShell scripting.

Collaborating closely with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams to translate security requirements into effective technical controls.

Monitoring emerging technologies and sharing best practices within the team.

Creating and maintaining technical documentation, standards, procedures, and operational guides.
✅ Desired Profile
Experience
-
Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 5 years in end-user computing infrastructure and workstation management.

Strong expertise with Microsoft Intune, including:
- Architecture design

Compliance strategies
-
Security baselines
-
Conditional Access
-
Windows, macOS, and iOS device lifecycle management

Experience in virtual desktop environments, preferably Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).

Experience operationalizing endpoint management solutions, including automation and monitoring/alerting.

Experience managing a Modern Desktop Windows 11 environment, including SCCM, Intune, and Microsoft 365.

Good knowledge of Windows Autopilot.

Experience deploying applications to workstations and mobile devices.

Experience with application packaging.

Experience managing application and operating system updates.
-
Experience managing device drivers and firmware.
-
Experience implementing and managing workstation security settings.
