Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: GTA ( remote available)
Position Type: Part-Time / Student Position
Compensation: Starting at $17.60-$20.00/hour, depending on experience
About Us
We are a growing business servicing restaurants ,seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Assistant to help build their online presence and engage with customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in social media, content creation, marketing, and brand development.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media content
- Create Instagram Reels, TikToks, Facebook, and LinkedIn posts
- Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar software
- Develop engaging content ideas and marketing campaigns
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages when required
- Assist with promotional events and content shoots and news letters
- Research competitors and industry trends
- Support general marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience growing social media accounts
- Basic graphic design skills
- Experience running social media campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
