Position: Outbound Sales Specialist
Location: Downtown Edmonton, TD Tower (LRT access, great views)

Role Summary:
As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you’ll focus on telemarketing, making 60-80 outbound calls per day to B2B prospects, promoting our services and securing ad placements in our national SOS Safety Magazine. Your primary role will involve overcoming objections, fostering client relationships, and closing deals—all over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce our services and ad opportunities in SOS Safety Magazine.
- Handle objections confidently and turn potential "no's" into "yes's" using strong closing skills.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Share compelling narratives that highlight the benefits of our offerings.
- Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM.
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to position offerings effectively.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills over the phone; able to control conversations and steer them toward sales.
- Proven ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Experience in outbound telesales/telemarketing is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to exceed targets.
- Comfortable with rejection, persistent in pursuit of success.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- No evenings or weekends
