Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker / Cabinet Shop Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where precision, craftsmanship, and efficiency are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in woodworking, cabinetry, and related construction skills, contributing to the creation of high-quality custom cabinets and furniture. Duties
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to produce cabinetry and woodwork components.
- Operate various power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing wood products.
- Assemble cabinet components with precision, ensuring proper fit and finish according to specifications.
- Perform woodworking tasks such as sanding, staining, finishing, and applying protective coatings to completed pieces.
- Utilize CNC machinery for precise cutting and shaping of materials when applicable.
- Measure materials accurately and cut components to specified dimensions using appropriate tools.
- Assist with installation of cabinets on-site, including leveling and securing units as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency throughout production processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to cabinetry or woodworking projects.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other woodworking equipment.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry principles, woodworking techniques, and cabinetry assembly.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large or heavy materials or finished products.
- Familiarity with construction-related skills such as drywall installation, painting, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, electrical work, or masonry is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of construction estimating, rebar installation, roofing, siding, caulking, or handyman experience is advantageous.
- Attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills to ensure high-quality finished products.
- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: $23.00-$32.00 per hour
