We are seeking hardworking and reliable Grounds Crew Members to support our climbing arborists in the safe and efficient completion of tree care operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in physical work, and are interested in building a career in arboriculture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist climbing arborists during tree pruning and removal operations
- Operate and feed brush into wood chippers safely and efficiently
- Operate chainsaws and other tree care equipment as required
- Assist with rigging operations and lowering branches and limbs
- Support crew leaders with job site setup and breakdown
- Perform debris removal, site cleanup, raking, and leaf blowing
- Conduct routine equipment cleaning and maintenance
- Follow all company and industry safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional attitude and positive work environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in arboriculture, landscaping, horticulture, forestry, or related outdoor work is considered an asset but is not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and professionalism

Compensation: $23.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability. Performance-based wage increases and opportunities for advancement are available.
