As we head into our **busy summer season**, we are looking to add an **experienced, hardworking, and reliable Server** to our team!
We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. If you enjoy hospitality, can multitask during busy shifts, and work well as part of a strong team, we would love to meet you.
**Requirements:**
**Previous serving experience is required**
Experience using **TouchBistro POS** is an asset
Must be comfortable working in a **high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment**
Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient **under pressure**
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be a dependable **team player** with a positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and professional
**Weekend availability is mandatory** – our busiest shifts require flexible availability
**Responsibilities:**
Providing friendly and professional service to guests
Taking orders accurately and efficiently
Using **TouchBistro** for order entry and payment processing
Working closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service
Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a strong team environment
Handling busy summer service periods with urgency, confidence, and attention to detail
Tip out
**3.5% food sales tip-out** from food sales rest server keep it
