Sales Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients mainly contractors, homeowners, providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth and have better understanding of our products.
You will serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, emails, and in person and will manage the inquiries and process orders. You must have working knowledge of the construction industry and stay updated with product knowledge.
You come with proven customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, NetSuite. Must be able to speak Punjabi and / or Hindi as well as English.
Delivery Driver
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Driver with a Class 1 license. In this role, you will be responsible for our crew and products. Must have a clean driving record.
Warehouse Worker (Forklift Operator)
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Driver and warehouse worker. In this role, you will be responsible for moving product and fulfilling customer orders.
