We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for powersports and marine products. Technicians looking to transition into sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers; recommend products to meet their needs
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on manufacturer programs
- Prospect for new customers and follow up on leads
- Manage customer information
- Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver completed deals
- Maintain professional showroom and lot presentation
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly goals
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Confident, professional, and customer-oriented
- Sales experience in marine, powersports or automotive considered an asset
- CRM experience
- Valid driver’s license
