Mulcher Operator (Forestry/Land Clearing) - Fort McMurray (Suncor Sites) - Camp Provided.
Command North is hiring an experienced Mulcher Operator for work in Fort McMurray at various Suncor sites. Camp accommodations provided.
What you’ll do
- Operate mulching equipment safely and efficiently
- Complete daily service, inspections, paperwork and follow maintenance schedules
- Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs as needed
- Keep equipment and work area clean and organized
- Work with supervisors and crew to meet project timelines
- Follow all site safety and environmental requirements
- Assist with refueling and general support tasks as needed
What you need
- Minimum 1 season operating a mulcher
- Experience with 275–500 mulchers preferred
- Basic mechanical ability (service/maintenance & minor repairs)
- Able to work independently and in a busy environment
- Strong communication and able to complete paperwork properly/on time
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Able to work 24/4 rotation (flexible)

Site requirements (Suncor)
- Must pass 12-panel pre-access drug & alcohol test and may be subject to random testing
- Must be able to maintain a clean-shaven face for site/respirator requirements
