Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive server to join our banquet hall team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service during events such as weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, attentive to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, place settings, etc.)
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support team operations
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
- Ensure guest concerns are addressed promptly to promote guest satisfaction
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and health guidelines during service
Requirements
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is a plus but not required
Pay: $18.25 per hour
