Responsibilities

- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for management and staff.
- Maintain organized filing systems for company records, customer information, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensure the workplace remains organized and functional.
- Support customer service activities by addressing inquiries and directing clients to the appropriate department.
- Assist management with preparing quotations, correspondence, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and maintain efficient workflows.
- Support marketing or sales departments with administrative tasks, scheduling, and customer follow-ups when required.
Qualifications
- Previous office administration experience or strong interest in administrative and customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
