Job Title: Product Assembler
Overview:
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Product Assembler is required to build, test, and prepare lighting products that meet our quality standards and criteria.
Flexalighting will provide complete on-site training.
Description of Tasks:
- Gather components from inventory as needed;
- Perform assembly of lighting products, with a strong focus on soldering and handling of delicate LED components;
- Review and inspect the finished product using a checklist.
Perform other job-related duties as required, for example:
- Complete documents, such as production and quality forms;
- Keep the work areas clean and organized;
The Ideal Candidate Must:
- Enjoy teamwork, but is capable of working independently;
- Possess manual dexterity to handle small parts;
- Have a keen eye and attention to detail;
- Be prepared to learn new things to expand their roles as required.
