We are seeking a dynamic, people-oriented Customer Service Specialist with a strong emphasis on sales to join our team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide accurate recommendations
- Track and report customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities in our CRM system
- Collaborate with management to support promotional campaigns
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of customer service or inside sales experience (retail or call center experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to close sales and meet KPIs
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools, POS systems, or customer support platforms
- Energetic, positive attitude with a genuine desire to help people
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings or weekends if needed
