Who Are We? An exterior residential painting company for homeowners throughout West Side Vancouver that is owned and managed by us, Destin and Gianni, SFU graduates and lifelong friends.

What Are The Minimum Requirements?
- 2 years of painting experience.
- Full-time availability – 40 hours every week.
- Ability to work on ladders and roofs at heights up to 40 feet as our work regularly involves ladders and elevated surfaces.
- Capable of commuting to West Side Vancouver – Kitsilano, Dunbar, Kerrisdale, Point Grey, UBC, Southlands, Arbutus Ridge, etc.
What Are The General Responsibilities?
- Committing to company policies: starting your scheduled shift on time, wearing the expected attire, maintaining job site etiquette, etc.
- Adhering to primary job site processes and standards for preparing various surfaces for application, masking areas susceptible to overspray, applying coatings following the correct methods in proper conditions, and cleaning job sites upon completion.
- Adhering to secondary job site processes and standards for distributing brushes, preserving brushes, pouring paint, cleaning spills, maintaining tools, operating efficiently, and disposing of hazardous waste.
- Being active in work related group chats, team building events, and periodic check-ups.
- Clocking in and out daily using our time tracking application.
Important Notes:
- Our schedule is Monday-Thursday or Friday, 8AM-6PM.
- Compensation ranges from $23-$35, paid hourly, based on experience.
- Expect full time, 40 hours a week, weather dependent during the spring/summer.
- This is a temporary position, with a full-time offer before the end of the season if it's a good long-term fit.
- We offer no vehicle or fuel allowance.
- We are fully ensured with WorkSafeBC, and this position is subject to WorkSafeBC OHS regulations.
