We are seeking skilled and motivated Painters to join our team. Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and taping to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment across various projects
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for surface preparation and finishing
- Perform rigging and scaffolding setup as needed for elevated or hard-to-reach areas
- Assist with carpentry tasks related to surface repairs or modifications prior to painting
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly disposing of waste and organizing tools and materials
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met
Experience
- Prior experience in construction painting, restoration, or industrial painting is highly preferred
- Knowledge of residential and commercial painting techniques
- Familiarity with hand tools such as scrapers, brushes, rollers, and caulking guns; experience with power tools is a plus
- Experience in working with scaffolding or rigging equipment for elevated surfaces
- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients during projects
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently while maintaining quality standards
