Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Front Desk Operations
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, ensuring they are directed to the correct department or team member.
Maintain the customer lounge area, including cleaning, restocking beverages, managing juice/water supplies, dishware, tea/coffee pods, and daily Nespresso machine upkeep
Phone & Communication Management
Answer high volume calls and route them to the appropriate employee or department while delivering a professional customer experience.
Accurately take and deliver messages to team members in a timely and organized manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including mail, emails, faxes, printing, and photocopying.
Administrative & Office Support
Oversee dealership supply inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure office and showroom readiness.
Maintain and organize the Service Department filing system, ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date records for audits.
Track and report daily greeting flow.
Provide sales administrative support to the Sales Manager and other departments, completing tasks and special projects as assigned. Task include : licensing and stocking in vehicles.
General Office Maintenance
Ensure a clean, well‑organized front‑desk environment, representing the dealership with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
