Hear at Home Mobile Hearing Clinic, Greater Vancouver
Hear at Home is the original mobile hearing clinic serving Greater Vancouver for over 16 years. We provide comprehensive hearing care directly in clients’ homes and care facilities, fully supported by our North Vancouver clinic team.
We are seeking a licensed Hearing Instrument Practitioner who values autonomy, meaningful client relationships, and practicing full-scope hearing care outside of a retail driven environment.
This is a mobile-based role. A company vehicle is provided.
About the Role• Conduct mobile hearing assessments, fittings, follow up care, and reprogramming
- Provide appointments in private homes and care facilities across Greater Vancouver
- Deliver hearing education and counselling to clients and families
- Perform earwax removal, training available if needed
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clinic staff and healthcare partners to ensure consistent care
- Follow infection control and safety standards
You’ll work independently in the field, supported by our North Vancouver clinic team. Scheduling, billing, supplies, and operational logistics are handled so you can focus on patient care.

Qualifications• Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner in good standing with CHCPBC
- Skilled in hearing assessments, fittings, reprogramming, and client education
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, professional, and comfortable working independently
- Valid BC driver’s license with clean driving record
- Earwax removal certification is an asset
