- The overnight shift is responsible for the on-site customer service of guests outside of regular operating business hours..
This includes:
- The monitoring and security rounds of multiple motel and resort properties throughout the night (Minimum G2 license required and company vehicle provided)
- Meet late arriving guests at the appropriate location and providing check in service
- Respond to incoming email and phone messages
- Empty garbage, and clean and maintain lobby and common areas, such as staff bathroom, breezeway, pavilion, sitting areas, laundry room, and supply closets
- Restock supplies such as cleaning kits, storage areas, etc.
- Dry and fold laundry such as sheets, towels, and rags
- Monitor grounds and enforce policies such as noise levels, etc.
- Store clean laundry in designated areas
- Prepare for basic food service, such as setting up coffee and tea supplies
Bruce Anchor Motel & Cruises operates seasonally between May and October.
