Operations Manager — My Friend Anna Cleaning
At My Friend Anna Cleaning, we don’t just clean homes.
We create calm.
We restore capacity.
We support real life behind the scenes.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations Manager who can help bring structure, leadership, and steady support to the day-to-day movement of our service-based business.
This is not a “sit back and observe” role.
This is for someone who naturally steps in, sees what needs to be done, and takes ownership.
About the Role
The Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting our cleaning teams, clients, scheduling, communication, and service quality.
You will be the bridge between the team, the clients, and leadership—helping ensure that each day runs as smoothly as possible, even when unexpected challenges come up.
In a service business, things change quickly. People get sick. Schedules shift. Clients have needs. Teams need support. Details matter.
We are looking for someone who can lead with both heart and backbone.
This Role Is for You If:
You naturally take the lead when things get messy—literally and operationally.
You care deeply about people, but you also understand that kindness without accountability creates confusion.
You are organized, adaptable, and able to pivot when the day changes.
You solve problems instead of simply passing them up the chain.
You can communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with clients and team members.
You understand that strong operations are built through consistency, communication, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
As Operations Manager, you will help with:
- Managing daily schedules and handling last-minute changes
- Supporting and leading cleaning teams in the field
- Ensuring clients receive a consistent, high-quality experience
- Addressing client concerns with professionalism and care
- Coaching team members to improve performance, confidence, and accountability
- Supporting quality control and service standards
- Communicating clearly between cleaners, clients, and leadership
- Helping identify operational gaps and improve systems
- Leading by example during busy, challenging, or high-pressure days
At My Friend Anna Cleaning, we lead with:
Integrity
Kindness
Respect
Communication
Community
These values matter most when things get hard.
We are looking for someone who can uphold them in real time—not just when everything is going smoothly.
What You Can Expect
- $25–$28/hour, based on experience
- 90-day probationary period
- Consistent weekday schedule
- Occasional flexibility when business needs require it
- A supportive, human-centered team environment
- The opportunity to grow into a leadership role that truly matters
- Meaningful work with a company that values people, service, and doing things well
A Note Before You Apply
This role is for someone who wants to:

And, take pride in helping a business run well behind the scenes.
If you are looking for a leadership role where your communication, emotional intelligence, organization, and follow-through truly matter, we would love to hear from you.
