Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Insurance Advisor(Farsi speaking) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients on insurance products, developing new business through outside sales efforts, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to analyze client needs to recommend suitable insurance solutions. Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively. The Insurance Advisor plays a vital role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service and tailored insurance options.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and acquire new clients, expanding the company's customer base.
- Engage in retail sales by presenting insurance products and explaining benefits clearly to prospective clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering appropriate insurance solutions.
- Utilize analysis skills to assess client risk profiles and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, maintaining records, and following up with clients.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote insurance services within the community and through various channels.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency preferred) to ensure clear understanding of policies and coverage options.
- Negotiate terms with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to company policies.
- Telemarket potential clients and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Experience
- Prior experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
- Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities in Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Experience in customer service roles within the insurance industry or related fields is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales administration processes, negotiation techniques, and marketing strategies will be advantageous.
