Job Summary
Bourgault Industries is looking for a Service & Warranty Team Member to join our team in St. Brieux, SK. In this role you will be responsible for providing timely, high-quality field support for Bourgault equipment repairs while maintaining professionalism with dealers and customers and focusing on effective problem-solving. Accurately document service work and stay organized. When not performing service and warranty tasks, support other areas such as production, R&D, and tooling. Success in this role requires a well-rounded skill set and a strong team-first attitude.
Responsibilities
- Work independently or as a member of a service crew towards the completion of upgrades and field repair of all Bourgault products. This will involve travelling to the site of the failure and correcting the situation (welding, assembly, set-up, training) so the customer can resume normal operation. Position requires significant time on the road.
- Competently troubleshoot/diagnose problems associated with all Bourgault products and effectively resolve problems and complaints.
- Provide dealer/customer support on all Bourgault products – on-site or by phone.
- Provide dealer/customer training by instructing at service schools and other training functions.
- Maintaining regular maintenance schedules and service logs for service trucks and required equipment.
- Provide Bourgault engineering/marketing with documented feedback from dealers and customers that contribute to problem resolution.
- Assist in numerous Wholegoods requirements including loading and unloading of equipment, re-assembly of equipment, pre-assembly/install of aftermarket kits.
- Set up and tear down equipment and displays for farm shows.
- Assist in building and yard maintenance as needed.
Required Skills/Experience
- Highly motivated, responsible and possess strong organization skills.
- Strong communication skills with a growth mindset
- Highly developed fabrication and repair skills and the ability to operate all front-end equipment
- Solid understanding of customer relations and understanding of current agricultural practices in western Canada.
- Bourgault Woodland Entry Level Weld I, II, III, MIG OR Equivalent Weld-school certification.
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Experience with machinery repair and fabrication is an asset
- Journeymen licensing is an asset
- Valid Driver's License
- 1A Driver's License is an asset (Or be willing to obtain)

Wage Range
Tier 1 - $21.93 - $31.40
Tier 2 - $27.97 - $41.69
Tier 3 - $31.31-$49.69
(Starting wage is dependent on experience)
