If you enjoy providing great customer service, troubleshooting and working with a team, apply to join our team as a Client Service Advisor! You’ll work for a growing, local, family-owned company that has been serving Nova Scotians for over 100 years. You will be responsible for building a relationship with our customers by providing great service which includes troubleshooting and scheduling, answering questions regarding products and services, and working with other members of the team to resolve and mitigate challenges.
We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service and communication skills, strong analytical skills, the ability to prioritize, and a good familiarity with technology.
The Role:
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails from both residential and commercial clients
- Troubleshooting with customers
- Scheduling service calls
- Monitoring and adjusting technicians schedule as need be
- Client Record Management
- Answering questions regarding products and services
- Work with other departments to address customer inquires
- Dealing with constant demands in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of computers (Example: Microsoft Office)
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Able to prioritize workload in a fast paced work environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proven skills in conflict resolution
- Eagerness to learn & effective team player
- Demonstrated experience in a Client Service environment
- Knowledge and understanding of security systems is an asset
- Bilingual or high proficiency in French would be considered an asset
