Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team in SWIFT CURRENT, SK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, utilizing various tools and techniques to prevent loss and ensure safety.
Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the facility.
- Conduct thorough inspections of property to identify potential security risks or breaches.
- Provide assistance to visitors and employees as needed, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary, providing detailed reports of incidents.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security preferred.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is a plus.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by the company.
