Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and forward-thinking QA Analyst to join our growing Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI tools — including Claude by Anthropic — to design, build, and scale automated testing workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using AI-assisted tools, with hands-on experience using Claude or similar large language models to generate and refine test cases
- Use Claude to automate repetitive QA tasks including regression test generation, test data creation, and defect documentation
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria and quality benchmarks
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across web and interactive 3D applications
- Build and maintain CI/CD-integrated test pipelines to support continuous delivery
- Identify, document, and track bugs through the full defect lifecycle using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable quality reports to stakeholders
- Champion best practices in quality assurance across the team, including AI-augmented testing methodologies
- Contribute to the evolution of AAREAS's QA strategy as our product suite grows
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a QA Analyst or Software Tester role
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using Claude (Anthropic) or other AI/LLM tools to assist in test automation, test case generation, or QA workflows — this is a core requirement
- Proficiency with at least one test automation framework (e.g., Selenium, or similar)
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST-Assured
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies (black box, white box, regression, UAT)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub automation.
- Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting bugs and test plans
Nice to Have
- Experience testing real estate technology, 3D visualization tools, or interactive media platforms
- Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques for AI-assisted QA
- Experience with performance or load testing tools (e.g., k6, JMeter)
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and accessibility testing
- Data privacy awareness and understanding of relevant regulations (e.g. PIPEDA, GDPR)
- Experience with SQL testing and database query validation
- ISTQB or similar QA certification
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments
Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
