The therapist at ReYu will carry out Dynamic Movement Intervention for children ages 3 months to 18 years. These services are delivered to patients/ clients of ReYu Paralysis Recovery Centre (ReYu). ReYu is a private health and wellness clinic that specializes in providing comprehensive, collaborative healthcare to individuals with neurological conditions in the greater Edmonton area.

Responsibilities:
- Review patient charts
- Direct Patient care including assessment of physical diagnosis, establishing treatment goals, and executing treatment plans
- Collaborate with other health care practitioners at ReYu to establish short- and long-term treatment plans (you would work alongside kinesiologists)
- Maintain professional conduct
- Prepare treatment space for each client
- Schedule treatments in lieu of administrative assistant
- Perform in-house laundry, if necessary
- Assist with other clinic activities as required
- Schedule patients in lieu of administrative assistant
- Uphold the mission, vision, and values of ReYu Paralysis Recovery Centre
- Uphold and follow all policies and procedures as outlined in the ReYu Paralysis Recovery Centre Human Resources Manual
- Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress
- Engage in continuous learning and skills development
- Contribute to a positive patient experience
Qualifications
- Certification in Dynamic Movement Intervention Introductory Level A with the commitment to complete at a minimum Introductory Level B and C within 1.5 years.
- Full Registration with OT/PT Provincial College/Association and licensed
- 2-3 years experience considered an asset
- OR a strong entrepreneurial spirit to build a sustainable practice
