Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections to enhance their shopping experience
- Manage merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote sales
- Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions including cash handling and pricing adjustments
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation in accordance with company standards
- Oversee inventory levels, restock shelves, and coordinate with suppliers as needed
- Support store management in supervising staff, training new team members, and ensuring excellent customer service
- Implement marketing strategies within the store to increase foot traffic and sales performance
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, sales reporting, and record keeping
- Assist in store management duties including opening/closing procedures and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Utilize schematics and visual design skills to create appealing displays that align with branding guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, merchandising, or store management
- Supervising experience is preferred; leadership qualities are essential for team coordination
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design projects is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and pricing strategies
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional appearance and attitude
- Administrative experience including record keeping, scheduling, or reporting is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating leadership when necessary

Pay: $65,000.00-$120,000.00 per hour
