Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team in Kelowna, specializing in Airbnb and residential cleaning services. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to our clients and their guests. The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for maintaining clean and comfortable spaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of properties and residential homes
- Manage laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene
- Floor care tasks such as sweeping, vacuum, washing, various types of flooring as well as dusting.
- Providing a criminal record check (we cover the cost)
Experience
- Prior experience in residential or hospitality cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- A team player with the right attitude
- Organizational skills to keep track of cleaning supplies and schedules
- Excellent communication skills, mature, and enthusiastic
