JOB TITLE: Flat Roof Labourer

JOB DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this position is to perform general labour duties while ensuring a safe working environment for all trade personnel.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set-up, maintenance, and clean-up of tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean and orderly jobsite
- Ensure personal tools are in safe working condition and ready for use
- Read, understand, and comply with all Epic Roofing & Exteriors Commercialgeneral and safety policies, procedures, and practices.
- Assist the foreman in whatever duties he hands out
NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Skills:
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- One year experience in construction is a preferred asset.
- Able to purchase personal tools as required at time of hire
- Valid Alberta driver’s license would be beneficial (not mandatory)
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to prioritize, assess, and complete jobs efficiently

COMPENSATION:
- $35-40/ hour
- Benefits after probationary period

- Willing to work overtime as required
