Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscaper/Labourer to join our outdoor maintenance team. This role involves working on various landscaping projects, supporting maintenance activities, and ensuring the aesthetic and functional quality of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, horticulture, and landscape upkeep, with a willingness to learn and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.
Duties
- Assist with landscape installation, maintenance, and renovation projects
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as lawn mowers
- Conduct gardening tasks including planting, pruning, mulching, and lawn care
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency
- Help with site cleanup, debris removal, and preparation for ongoing projects
- Follow safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge related to small machinery and tools used in landscaping
- Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) safely and effectively
- Strong physical stamina for lifting, digging, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
