We serve a variety of short-term rental hosts and property managers. What You’ll Do
- Clean and prepare homes, condos, and vacation rentals to Summit standards
- Follow detailed checklists to ensure consistency and quality
- Work independently or in a small team, depending on the property
- Report any issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor
- Maintain cleaning supplies and company equipment
- Ensure homes are staged, tidy, and ready for guest or owner arrival
- Linen runs, laundry drop-offs, or inventory support
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in doing things properly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear checklists
- Can manage time well and stay organized during busy turnover days
- Positive attitude and ability to work respectfully in guest/owner properties
- Physically able to complete cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, stairs)
- Valid work permit required
- Long-term Whistler residents preferred
- A driver’s license is an asset, but not required
