They are currently seeking motivated and dependable Production Associates to join their Operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble a variety of electronic, optical, and electromechanical products and components according to specifications.
- Complete precision assembly tasks using hand tools, torque tools, microscopes, and ESD-compliant workstations.
- Interpret assembly instructions, technical drawings, electrical schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate product assembly.
- Install and connect components including cables, sensors, cameras, connectors, displays, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and other mechanical parts.
- Perform soldering, minor repairs, and rework as needed.
- Carry out functional testing and assist in diagnosing and resolving production-related issues.
- Inspect finished products for quality, document any defects, and recommend process improvements where applicable.
- Accurately record production activities using ERP systems and required manufacturing documentation.
- Provide support during engineering builds, engineering change order (ECO) implementation, and new product introductions (NPI).
- Adhere to company quality standards, ESD protocols, and all workplace health and safety requirements.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventory processes.
- Complete other production and assembly duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Students currently enrolled in a college or university program are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehousing, or electronics is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Able to understand and follow written procedures, work instructions, and standard operating processes.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination with strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn new skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
- Effective communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Flexibility to work overtime or adjusted schedules when business needs require.
