Casual / On-Call Position
Join a collaborative, Reggio-inspired early learning community where relationships, curiosity, and children's voices are valued every day.
Children deserve educators who are curious, caring, and willing to jump in wherever they are needed.
At Kingstec Campus Learning Centre, we believe children are capable, creative, and full of potential. Through strong relationships, meaningful experiences, and a Reggio-inspired approach to learning, we create spaces where children, families, and educators learn alongside one another.
We are looking for a caring, flexible, and dependable Substitute Educator to join our team.
Substitute Educators play a vital role in our Centre, providing continuity, stability, and support when regular educators are absent. Whether working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school-age children, you will help create environments where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values teamwork, and can adapt to the changing needs of children and programs. Some days are busy, messy, challenging, and unpredictable—and they are often filled with joy, laughter, discovery, and meaningful connections.

- You are reflective, curious, and committed to continuous learning and growth.
- You can remain calm, responsive, and engaged in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
