At Luxe Bites, we specialize in luxury catering, grazing tables, and event styling — from corporate activations to weddings, showers, and private celebrations. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Event Catering Stylist and Kitchen Prep to join our team and help us bring our signature Luxe touch to every setup.
Responsibilities:
Kitchen Prep & Production:
- Wash, cut, and prepare fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, and other ingredients to Luxe Bites’ quality and presentation standards.
- Assist with assembling charcuterie arrangements, appetizers, desserts, and grazing boards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times.
- Ensure all food is stored, labeled, and handled properly according to food safety guidelines.
- Clean and sanitize work surfaces, utensils, and equipment before and after each shift.
- Assist with inventory organization and restocking supplies when needed.
Event Setup & Styling
- Support the setup, styling, and teardown of catering displays at client venues.
- Assist with loading and unloading event materials and food displays.
- Help style grazing tables, dessert carts, and other setups according to Luxe Bites’ brand standards.
- Maintain professionalism and positive energy at all events.
- Serve and assist at cart events, including mini pancake carts, dessert carts, ice cream carts, and other interactive catering experiences.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food prep, catering, or hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings.
- Food Safe Level 1 (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
