Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. COMPENSATION
This is a full commission sales role with no salary or hourly wage. We offer competitive commission rates, ongoing support, quality inventory and unlimited income potential for motivated individuals.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays aligned with store standards
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on technical products, including basic troubleshooting when necessary
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product placement
- Support team members in achieving store sales goals through effective communication and collaboration
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably with technology or electronics products
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customers effectively
- Experience with product demos, upselling, and cashiering using POS systems
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly phone etiquette
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and independently when needed
- Prior experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided for product knowledge
Pay: $50,000.00-$109,688.57 per year
