A leading custom entrance door manufacturer is seeking an experienced and detail-
oriented professional to join our team as a CNC Programmer and Drafting Technician.
This position involves creating and verifying CNC programs, producing high-quality
technical drawings and product renderings, and conducting quality assurance
inspections for precision-manufactured components.
Responsibilities
Create and modify part designs and toolpaths using CAD/CAM software such as
AutoCAD, Mastercam, and Fusion 360.
Develop basic Mastercam programs and review programs created by other
programmers for accuracy and efficiency.
Generate 3D models and visual renderings for project validation and
documentation.
Conduct quality checks using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure parts
meet dimensional specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Collaborate with production staff to optimize machining setups and ensure
consistent product quality.
Requirements
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with CAD software including AutoCAD, Mastercam, and Fusion 360;
experience with other design tools is an asset.
Understanding of router CNC machines and machining processes.
Ability to read, interpret, and produce accurate blueprints and technical
documentation.
Experience with measuring tools for quality control (such as calipers and
measuring tapes).
Strong attention to detail, quality, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
