Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with property managers to identify opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with condominium property managers within your assigned territory.
- Prospect new business through cold calling, building visits, and strategic outreach to uncover new opportunities.
- Generate proposals across multiple service lines
- Proactively manage a sales pipeline by following up on opportunities, overcoming objections, and advancing deals to close.
- Collaborate with Operations, Project Managers, Technicians, and Office Staff to coordinate scheduling, job execution, and ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of Spectrum's service offerings, including emergency mitigation, restoration and building maintenance.
- Conduct regular client meetings, lunch-and-learns, and presentations to strengthen relationships and generate new business.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within Salesforce CRM.
- Prepare weekly updates on pipeline opportunities
- Meet sales weekly KPIs.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve concerns professionally, and provide outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the client relationship.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship management.
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
