Salary: $160-180K (possible stretch to 200k) USD Base

Building out enterprise AI initiatives for large BFSI clients focused on GenAI adoption, scalable AI platforms, and enterprise-grade cloud architecture.
This is a hands-on architecture role where the person will work directly with clients, internal engineering teams, and offshore developers to design and deliver production AI solutions on Azure.
10–15 years of software engineering / architecture experience
Strong hands-on Azure architecture experience (mandatory)
Experience building enterprise GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, vector DBs, AI orchestration)
Strong understanding of scalable cloud architecture, APIs, microservices, and production deployments
Experience with Azure OpenAI, AKS, App Services, API Management
Experience with React/Next.js and modern backend systems
Strong DevOps understanding (CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform)
Experience working with offshore/global engineering teams
Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
