Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive construction knowledge, and proficiency with industry-standard management tools. This role offers an opportunity to lead diverse teams, ensure project quality, and maintain safety standards across multiple sites. The Construction Supervisor plays a vital role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to specified plans and schematics.

Duties
- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless workflow
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to verify project specifications
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for planning, tracking, and reporting progress
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance
- Manage project budgets by monitoring costs and assisting in construction estimating processes
- Oversee the implementation of safety procedures and conduct regular site safety audits
- Lead team meetings to communicate project updates, address issues, and reinforce safety practices
- Ensure all work aligns with design schematics and technical drawings
- Document project milestones, change orders, and other relevant records for accurate reporting
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction processes
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations on construction sites
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and construction estimating techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients or stakeholders
- Familiarity with construction management best practices and industry standards
