Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services for both private residences and commercial properties, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Fluency in English is required. Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare spaces for client visits by tidying up and ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment; report any maintenance issues
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes
- Provide exceptional customer service by being professional, courteous, and attentive to client requests
Experience
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of French is beneficial
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles enhances the ability to meet client expectations
- Ability to demonstrate good time management and attention to detail during cleaning tasks
- Familiarity with cleaning products, laundry procedures, and basic household or office maintenance is preferred
