Specialist Representative – Bodily Injury / Casualty Claims (ONTARIO ROLE)
LOCCATIONS - WATERLOO, OTTAWA, MISSISSAUGA, TORONTO
We are currently seeking experienced Claims Professionals to join a high-performing National Casualty and Bodily Injury team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of complex third-party Bodily Injury and Casualty claims across Auto, Property, and Commercial lines.

You will play a key role in investigating, negotiating, and resolving high-value claims, while contributing to a strong, team-oriented culture.
- Manage a portfolio of complex Bodily Injury, Casualty, and General Liability claims
- Lead thorough investigations, negotiations, and settlements of claims
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including underwriting, reinsurance, actuarial, and senior leadership
- Represent the organization in litigation, mediations, and alternative dispute resolution processes
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members
- Mentor and coach junior staff, contributing to team development
- Maintain professionalism and strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work under pressure
- University degree, college diploma, or completed CIP designation
- 8–10+ years of general claims handling experience
- Minimum 4 years handling complex CGL and/or Bodily Injury claims
- Strong experience with litigation, mediation, and arbitration
- Proven ability to manage complex claims independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
