You are a team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. You have a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing conditions and complete various tasks in a time sensitive environment. You will b reporting to the Controller.
You'll do:
- Daily coordination with the Sales Department and Lumber Supervisor to ship lumber from the site on rail and on trucks
- Daily tabulation, entry, and corporate reporting of production information for the site
- Entering weekly forecast information into the shipping software
- Reconciling daily shipments with the sales group and the perpetual inventory system
- Preparation of shipping documents, including waybills and reports of shipments
- Month-end inventory adjustments and reporting
You have:
- Quick learner and adaptable
- Two to four years of administrative and shipping experience
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Customer service focused
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- JD Edwards or Oracle EBS experience is considered an asset
- Previous experience in lumber industry is preferred

- Competitive base salary with an annual bonus opportunity. The typical salary range for this position is $57,500 - $68,000, which may vary depending on education and relevant experience.
